Day 271: Farewell Dennis
I got Dennis when I was 8 years old, named him after my best friend (at the time)'s dad. He was once fluffy and plump, but I slept with/on him for long enough that he went a bit squashy. He got put into storage in high school and various vermin (ew!) have ruined him. This was taken just moments before he and everything else in that box got chucked in a dumpster. I was oddly sad, because while I've barely thought of him in a long time, he was my trusty friend for years. (my sister got one in pink overalls, and she still has it, just as plump and fluffy as the Christmas we got them)
