I'm not quite sure what it is, but I'm doing something right it seems. I saw my friend Heather this weekend for the first time in four months. She said I look "less round" than I did when I was at her house. I still have fat rolls on my tummy (ewww) but they've gotten smaller, because they used to be big enough for a baby to stand on, and little Micah's feet kept slipping when I tried to stand him there. Heather also said I have more lap than I had before.

I guess it's just that it's summer and I'm getting out of the house more, walking places with friends and just being more active. Combine that with cutting out fast food and trying to eat better (which doesn't always work but is loads better than it was before) and it seems to be melting at least a few inches away. That's good news because Ben and Laura's wedding is 61 days away and Oh. My. God. I have to look good in a bridesmaid's dress.
