This weekend was hard. I was awake for much longer than normal, and trying to work that into my food plan was not easy. I think I managed though. I ate more than I probably should have, but at least none of it was junky food.
But I'm starting to crave sweet things. Chocolate... whipped cream... candy... cookies... I did not let myself leave the house yesterday, because if I had gone to the store, I would have come home with those things.
