Well, there was when I left the house this morning, now it's in a paper bag under my desk. I'm still adjusting to this new healthier lifestyle. I've never had a new years resolution make it this far before. I can't tell you, before this year started, the last time I had fruit in my house (well, fruit that was mine anyway) It's weird to me that it's starting to become second nature. Like this morning when I was getting my lunch (Healthy Choice frozen entree) and without really even thinking about it, grabbed an apple out of my fruit basket and tucked it into my purse.
I'm still working on healthier at-work snacking- I'm geting better, but I have ZERO willpower, which sucks. Anyone have suggestions for healthy snacks that keep well in a desk drawer?
