Okay, another new start at this. This time I think it might stick though. I joined a 12 step program called OA- Overeaters Anonymous. I'm a little afraid of becoming a freaky 12-stepper, but I've got enough people to kick me in the head if I become a weirdo, so I think it'll be ok. I've been going for 2 weeks now, and....

My downfall seems to have been the snacking. Now I eat three sensible meals a day and nothing in between. It seems to be working. YAY!
